My name is Sabine, and when I was about 13, my mother gave me her old Vivitar camera.  It had no bells, no whistles, and a broken viewfinder.  But it was a great camera, and I remember how exciting it was to drop off a roll of film and wait anxiously for the prints to be ready!

When I graduated from University I briefly considered returning to school to study photography, but decided it was time to earn a living instead.  I taught for a few years, then started a family, but finally decided that I really did want to study photography after all, so  I went back to school.

I have a cozy little studio in Sherwood Park, and while I like different kinds of photography, I especially like bellies, babies and kids.  I am mama to three delightful and occasionally naughty boys and as such, have no free time, but if I did, I'd spend it eating chocolate and daydreaming.  When I grow up, I want to be as happy and carefree as my children are!

I try to not take myself too seriously.  I speak German fluently and have a weakness for Birkenstock sandals.  My house is almost always messy but my family is almost always happy.  And I love hearing people's stories, so please give me a call or drop me a line, because I'd love to hear yours!
